Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

damantra sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels — so there is no consent banner to dismiss. This page lists exactly what we set and why.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let a site recognise your session across requests — for example, to keep you logged in as you move between pages. We use a small number of strictly necessary functional cookies and nothing more.

2. Cookies we set

  • Authentication / session — set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in securely. Without these you could not stay logged in.
  • Preferences — remember interface state such as which organisation is active and whether the sidebar is collapsed.
  • Security — protect against cross-site request forgery and detect suspicious sessions.

All of these are strictly necessary for the service to function. Under UK and EU law, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.

3. What we do not use

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell your data, and we do not embed third-party tracking or social-media pixels in the application. Product analytics, where used, are collected in the EU and are not used to build advertising profiles.

4. Managing cookies

Because we only set strictly necessary cookies, there is no in-app preference toggle to disable them — doing so would break sign-in. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, but you will be signed out and some preferences will reset.

5. Changes & contact

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will add a consent mechanism and update this page before doing so. Questions about cookies or your data: contact@damantra.app. See also our Privacy Policy.
