Annual plans are billed once a year at a discount compared with paying month to month — the exact saving is shown on the pricing page. Pick monthly or annual when you subscribe, and switch between them any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard — the difference is prorated automatically.

Every order created in your billing period counts — written by your team, accepted from a quote, or paid online — including orders you later delete. And if you go past your included amount, nothing is interrupted: your team keeps working, your customers keep ordering, and we'll be in touch about the right plan as you grow.
