Billing and plans
Every workspace starts on a 14-day free trial with full access. To keep working after the trial, you choose a plan and subscribe. This is your damantra subscription — separate from the invoices you raise for your own customers, which always live under Invoices.
Your free trial
When you create a workspace, your 14-day free trial begins automatically — no card required to start, and nothing is held back. You can see exactly how many days remain any time under Settings, then Billing.
Choosing a plan
Pick a plan from Settings, then Billing. Studio includes everything you need to run your shop, Business includes a higher order volume as you grow plus extras like custom branding and advanced permissions, and Enterprise is custom — talk to us. You can subscribe at any point during the trial; you are only charged when you check out, and your trial runs its full length either way.
When your trial ends
If the trial ends before you subscribe, the workspace is paused — your data is safe, but access is restricted until you choose a plan. Subscribe from Settings, then Billing, to restore full access immediately.
Payment, invoices, and cancelling
Manage your payment method, download invoices, switch plans, or cancel any time from Settings, then Billing — “Manage billing” opens the secure customer portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of your paid period.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and flag it in Settings, then Billing. Update your payment method from “Manage billing” to clear it — your workspace stays open while you sort it out, so nothing is lost.
