Creating your first order

Orders are where production happens. Most orders begin life as an accepted quote, so the customer, line items, and totals carry across without re-typing — but you can also create one directly.

From an accepted quote

Open the accepted quote.
Choose Convert to order — the customer and line items carry across.
The new order starts at the first production stage, ready for artwork.

Creating an order directly

Open Orders from the sidebar and choose New order.
Pick the customer and give the order a short title.
Add line items, a due date, and a priority if needed.
Save — the order appears on the Production board straight away.

What happens next

From the order you can request and review artwork, confirm payment, advance it through the production stages, and raise an invoice — all from one screen. The customer follows the same progress in their portal.
