Customer portal overview
The customer portal is a clean, branded window into a customer's own orders, quotes, and invoices. Access is by magic link — no passwords for your customers to manage or forget.
Magic-link access
When you send a quote, invoice, or approval request, the customer receives an email with a secure link. Clicking it signs them into their portal — scoped only to their own records.
What customers can see
- Quotes awaiting their approval.
- Live order status and production progress.
- Invoices and payment status.
- Artwork pending sign-off.
What stays private
Customers only ever see their own data. Your internal notes, other customers, pricing logic, and team activity are never exposed in the portal.
