Inviting team members
Bring your team into damantra so everyone works from the same orders, quotes, and production board. Each member gets a role that controls what they can see and do.
Send an invite
- Go to Settings, then Team.
- Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
- Pick a role — Admin or Member.
- Send the invite — they receive an email to join your organisation.
Roles at a glance
- Owner — full control, including organisation, VAT, payment, and team settings. This is whoever created the workspace.
- Admin — manage the team and every quote, order, and invoice, plus organisation settings.
- Member — create and work on quotes, orders, and production day to day; cannot change organisation or team settings.
Managing access
You can change a member's role or revoke their access at any time from the Team settings. Revoking access removes them from the organisation immediately.
