Understanding production stages
Every order moves through a fixed sequence of production stages. The Production board groups orders by stage so the whole team shares one view of what is in flight, and each order's detail page shows exactly where it is.
How stages advance
Open an order and use its stage panel to move it forward, or advance it from the Production board. Each change is logged with who made it and when, and the customer's portal updates to reflect progress automatically.
The stages
- Awaiting Artwork — waiting on files from the customer.
- Design Review — artwork uploaded and under review or proofing.
- Artwork Approved — signed off and ready to proceed.
- Awaiting Payment — order is held until payment is confirmed.
- Production — actively being made.
- Packing — finished work being prepared for dispatch.
- Completed — work done and ready to ship.
- Shipped — handed off to delivery.
Dispatch
Once an order reaches Completed you can record a shipment, add tracking details, and confirm delivery. Each step is reflected in the customer's portal.
