Stahls' CAD-CUT Premium Plus

Stahls' (GroupeSTAHL) · CAD-CUT Premium PlusCurrent product — available in the UKLast verified 2026-07-17

What it is

A thin, stretchable polyurethane heat-transfer vinyl with a slightly adhesive carrier, cut on a vinyl cutter, weeded and heat-pressed onto garments. Stahls' lists cotton, poly/cotton blends, polyester, Lycra and Spandex (the Europe sheet also lists nylon, satin and polyester mesh, advising a test before application on all fabrics except 100% cotton), in 39 colours by the metre or on 30, 50 and 100 cm × 25 m rolls.

Who it may be relevant for: Decorators producing stretch-tolerant cut graphics — names, numbers and logos on sportswear and fashion garments.

UK market notes

  • Sold by Stahls' UK (Braintree — the GroupeSTAHL UK operation verified in this catalogue's earlier records), by the metre or roll. UK pricing observed, deliberately not recorded.
  • The application settings come from the manufacturer family's own documents: Stahls' UK's live product page and a Stahls' Europe application instruction sheet (dated January 2021, hosted on the group's Target Transfers UK sister site).
  • The two documents differ on peel (page: hot or cold; 2021 sheet: hot) and on direct ironing (page: do not iron directly; sheet: can be ironed directly) — the live page's guidance is treated as current and the differences are reproduced, not hidden.
  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is stated on the page without a certificate number — treated as the manufacturer's claim, not certificate-level evidence.

Confirm the exact supplied model, electrical configuration and warranty with the manufacturer or a UK authorised distributor before purchasing.
